Delete Your Account

How to delete your Route-Guardian account and associated data.

Delete from the Web App

  1. Sign in at route-guardian.com/sign-in
  2. Go to Billing in the sidebar
  3. Scroll to Delete Account
  4. Type DELETE to confirm and submit

This permanently deletes your account, permits, trips, receipts, mileage records, and support history. Active subscriptions are cancelled. This action cannot be undone.

Delete from Mobile (iOS / Android)

  1. Open Route-Guardian on your device
  2. Go to Settings or Billing
  3. Select Delete Account
  4. Confirm deletion

Privacy policy and account deletion links are also available in mobile app settings as required by app stores.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email support@route-guardian.com from the address on your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process requests within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

  • Account credentials and profile
  • All permits and extracted routes
  • Trips, mileage logs, and GPS history
  • Receipts and invoice data
  • Support messages tied to your account
  • Active sessions on all devices
