In-App Support
Signed-in users can submit support tickets from the app after signing in (Support in the sidebar) with attachments (photos, PDFs).
Every permit includes a "Report route issue" button for extraction or navigation problems.

Permit Route Issues
If extracted route does not match your state permit, do not navigate until the route is reviewed and approved. Route-Guardian helps drivers follow the route already authorized by the permit — it does not replace the permit or guarantee legal compliance.
