Permitted Use & Disclaimer
Route-Guardian does not replace the state-issued permit. The permit remains the legal authority for your oversize/overweight movement. Route-Guardian helps convert, review, lock, and follow the permitted route. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, permit conditions, and DOT requirements.
No Guarantee of Legal Routing
Route-Guardian provides AI-assisted permit extraction with human route verification before navigation. We do not guarantee that extracted routes are accurate, complete, or legally compliant. Always verify the route against your state-issued permit before driving.
Navigation Behavior
Route-Guardian keeps drivers on the approved permit route and warns when the vehicle leaves it. It does not automatically reroute oversized loads off the permitted path without your review.
Acceptance
By using Route-Guardian (web or mobile), you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Subscription & Billing
Paid features are billed through Stripe. Founding member pricing applies as described at signup. Refunds are handled per our support policy.
Limitation of Liability
Route-Guardian is provided as-is. Heavy Haul Dispatch LLC is not liable for fines, permit violations, load damage, or other outcomes from use or misuse of the app. You assume all risk for routing decisions while operating commercial vehicles.
